NEDCo CORPORATE STRATEGY UNDER CONSTRUCTION

A cross-section of management, in pictures, at a brainstorming session to consider the potency
of the draft revised Strategy Document put together by an 8-member committee, (drawn from
across various departments and sections for adequate and comprehensive staff representation)
commissioned by Management.
The document which pivots on five thematic areas crafted into an acronym “ARISE” is a 5-
year strategic document designed to turnaround the company towards financial sustainability.
When approved, by NEDCo’s Board, the document will be widely circulated and discussed
among staff and relevant stakeholders before an official launch, in order to secure the buy-in
of all interested parties.
